    Can i cancel my order?

    Yes. If cancelled within the first 15 days of payment. The payment is fully refundable.

    Can I purchase in more than one colour?

    Yes. Two colours are available in this production batch.  Once sold out, the next production batch will be scheduled separately.

    What materials is the bag made from?

    The SITYMODE bag is made with PU leathers designed for structure, durability, and professional use.

    Can I return the bag after full payment?

    All pilot batch sales are final sales, except for manufacturing defects.
